A marriage license in Las Vegas may be obtained from the Clark County Marriage Bureau, 200 S. 3rd Street, 1st floor, in Las Vegas, telephone: 702-455-4415. Requirements are that the couple is an unrelated man and woman who are both at least 18 years of age. They may be asked for proof of age (birth certificate) and proof of identity, or in-person consent of legal guardian for those between the ages of 16 and 18 years of age. Before obtaining a marriage license, divorced persons must have date of final decree as well as the city and state where granted. There are special legal requirements for license registration for couples from outside the United States, contact the Marriage License Bureau for specific information. Otherwise no blood tests are necessary and there is no waiting period. A marriage license in Clark County cost $50.
