Casino Legends Hall of Fame at the Tropicana

Clark County Museum

Native American culture, early gaming practices and the World War II bomb production plant are all explored in this great insight to the area’s past.

Elvis-A-Rama Museum - 3401 S. Industrial Road / Las Vegas NV / 702-309-7200 / $ The world’s largest collection of Elvis memorabilia is housed in this multi-million dollar exhibit. From his ‘55 Cadillac limo to his stage outfits and U.S. Army clothing, album covers, movie posters, personal effects and original handwritten lyrics, there is more stuff here than can be assimilated in one visit.

Fremont Street Experience and Neon Museum
- 425 Fremont Street / Las Vegas NV / 702-678-5777 / FREE Over 2 million lights and a mega sound system create a fantastic visual statement over Fremont Street, aka Glitter Gulch. In homage to the neon and glitter of the Vegas Strip, the best signage from the early days has been saved in the Neon Museum and they all play a part in combination with the current Fremont light show to enliven the spirit and brighten one’s day.

Guggenheim Las Vegas & Guggenheim Hermitage Museum

Las Vegas Natural History Museum

Las Vegas Blvd. / Las Vegas NV / 702-384-3466 / $ Beast from around the world are shown full-scale in diorama habitats, including the jungles and saNVnnahs of Africa, the depths of the oceans and the mountains of North America. Especially interesting is the Nevada room which details the plant and animals of the local desert area. With lots of hands-on exhibits the museum is a great place for the whole family.

Las Vegas Villa - 4982 Shirley St. / Las Vegas NV / 702-795-8119 This was Liberace’s “Oasis in the Desert” and was his home until his death in 1987. It’s as posh as one would expect in a home of the city’s premiere piano showman. Luncheons and private parties are given throughout the year, you may have seen one on HBO that was filmed for “The Sopranos”. / Call for menu options and group luncheon requests

Liberace Museum

Tropicana / Las Vegas NV / 702-798-5595 / $ This is where you’ll find Liberace’s signature candelabras, rhinestone, inlay and mirrored pianos as well as numerous themed Rolls Royce automobiles. Costumes, jewelry, furnishings and one-of-a-kind antiques belonging to the famous showman are all displayed in super, over-the-top grand fashion, one of the most visited attractions in town!

Lied Discovery Children's Museum

Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum at the Venetian

Marjorie Barrick Museum of Natural History

Live reptiles, paintings of birds, artifacts and culture of the native Indians, Mormon settlement of the area and the local flora and fauna are all covered in this fascinating museum.

Nevada State Museum and Historical Society

Prehistoric fossils to atomic bomb experiments are explored as well as the everyday life of 19th and 20th century inhabitants that made Nevada what it is today.

Ron Lee's World of Clowns - 380 Carousel Pkwy. / Henderson NV / 702-434-1700 / FREE One man’s fascination with painting clowns has lead to a full fledged studio factory that makes clown and cartoon sculptures. Tours of the factory are very popular, visitors can view all of the creative process in making the sculptures. Along side the fantastic displays of Ron Lee’s works are contained personal and publicity memorabilia of past and present circuses and their famous clowns.

The Auto Collections at the Imperial Palace - 3535 S. Las Vegas Blvd. / Las Vegas NV / 702-731-3311 / $ Elvis parked here! Well at least two of his autos are part of this huge collection of 350 cars. Believe it or not, these classic and one of a kind cars are for sale! The asking price ranges from a mere $20,000 to over a $1.4 million and once a car is sold it is replaced by another gem.
